POSITIVE OUTLOOK
Thank you for praying for our family situation that was mentioned in the last update. Quite a number of you talked to us to ask for more detail so you could pray specifically. It was a real encouragement to be reminded of how much you cared. Karen and I are feeling much more positive since our child has been receiving professional treatment. However, we realize that this may be a longterm matter and so we would appreciate continued prayers for God's gracious hand to rest on our family.

EQUIPPING MISSIONARIES TO MUSLIMS
In the month of July we participated in the annual ABWE Missionary Enrichment Conference in Pennsylvania. It was refreshing and enjoyable for all, although I (George) was busy team-teaching with Dr. Viggo Olsen, teaching Islamics to new and furloughing missionaries. My subjects included such things as:

Islam in North America
Adapting Ministry Methods to Effectively Reach Muslims
Jesus in Islam
Ministering to Muslims on the Internet: a Case Study on Methods
The Quran, Islamic Tradition and Law (Shariah)

Our classroom was filled to capacity, an evidence of the increased interest in reaching Muslims since September 11. We praise God for this one positive outcome from that terrible event.

COMING SOON! THE KING FAMILY WEB SITE & MINISTRY RESOURCE CENTER
We are excited about the upcoming inauguration of the King Family Web Site (at http://www.we7kings.com). Right now all you will find there is a family photo and the "Coming Soon!" banner. But Lord willing, it will be at least partially functional by September. We have developed this to meet two needs:

1. to have a place where praying friends can easily get current info about us, and
2. to provide resource materials for Christians wanting to find help and information on reaching Muslims for Christ.

Of course, this is something completely different from our Al-Kitab Scripture Research Institute website (al-kitab.org). Al-Kitab is entirely geared for Muslims to find out more about the Gospel Message. We7Kings.com will be for Christians to find out more about ministering to Muslims. It will include our latest news updates as well as many other features that cannot be included in a prayer letter due to space constraints. Look for it at http://we7kings.com !

OTHER STUFF
1. Karen continues her Teaching English as a Second Language course with University of Saskatchewan Distance Learning Center. She is doing very well, getting high marks.
2. Adam returns to Heritage College in Cambridge for his second year. He will be working part-time to cover expenses.
3. Amy will do her OAC (Ontario grade 13) this year, looking to going to Bible college afterward.
4. Alisa, Aaron and Angie will be going to grades 11, 10 and 8 respectively.

Thank you for praying and giving.
George for all 7 Kings
